Lara McInnis

Lara McInnis has developed and delivered a variety of English, EAP, ESOL and TESL courses at Humber College for over 15 years. She is TESL Ontario certified and has a Master of Arts in Second Language Education.

Lara is currently a member of an intradepartmental hybrid/online community of practice that supports faculty in online instructional design and the use of digital tools that support teaching and learning.

​In this interactive session, TESL Durham members will be introduced to a variety of digital tools and resources that support and enhance teaching and learning in the ESOL classroom.

These tools and resources will be critiqued using a set of criteria that can help participants determine how digital tools can be applied in their specific teaching and learning contexts.

*Session participants are encouraged (but not required) to bring and use their own mobile device or laptop during the session.
